Craftmanship
Our ballerina flat shoes are handcrafted in Lucca, which is a city and comune in the Italian region of Tuscany.
To make our ballerina flats, shoemakers employ a rigid assembly template. This very hard piece is replaced with foam of the same thickness after its function. A flexible sole ensures the foot bends without resistance, making walking more comfortable.
Handmade in Italy by skilled artisans using only the finest materials, our women's shoes are imported directly from Italy.

- Free Standard Shipping: In all the United States Orders (3-4 business days). For South Florida orders, Free Standard Shipping delivery time usually takes 1-2 business days)
- Express Shipping: $30. In the United States. Arrives within 3 business days.
- International Shipping: This can vary. During the checkout process, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost.
You will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout that will vary depending on the method of delivery you choose and your location. Standard Shipping and Free Standard Shipping shipping options typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days following shipment.
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. These details will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Additionally, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential fees before placing your order.
Return & Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can start a exchange process here.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Product Care
The best way to break in your flats is by wearing them. Will naturally take the shape of your foot.
Our products are made with high quality genuine Italian leather. In order to properly care for them, we recommend you follow these steps:
- Keep them in a cool, dry environment and avoid contact with water.
- Leather needs to rest, try not to wear the same shoes for several days in a row.
- In order to keep their original shape, we recommend the use of wooden lasts.
Keep leather moisturized by applying shoe conditioner once a month using a buffing cloth to polish. You can also use a regular shoe-shine sponge.
Before first time use, cover with a protective spray for suede/nunbuck. Afterwards, brush them gently with a soft brush.
Use caution when cleaning with a dry cloth. We do not recommend the use of leather cleaner or moisturizer. Metallic leather is susceptible to scruffs and abrasion during wear.
Spot clean the raffia using a soft cloth, cold water and mild detergent then allow it to naturally dry. Consult a dry-cleaning professional for stain removal.
Delicate shoes can be dusted with a clean cloth. Dirt particles found in velvet and other special fabric ballerinas can be removed with an adhesive lint roller.
Please be aware that due to the hand-made processes of our products, there may be a slight variation in leather color as well as the possibility of color transfer.
- Store your bag in its original dust bag.
- Make sure it is in a ventilated space away from direct light and moisture. Air once every two weeks to halt any growth of mould.
- Fill with stuffing to ensure it maintains its shape. ...

- Rotation is key.
Wipe your shoes dry before storing them in your dust bag.
Leather: if shoes are soiled, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Suede: Use eraser and afterwards brush with suede brush.
